Inside the Innergy Experience
“I thought I let it go.” I hear this almost every time, until it is shown otherwise.
This is what I mean when I say the work isn’t just cognitive. You can be fully convinced you’ve resolved something in your head and still find your nervous system running the original script, unprocessed, reactive every time it’s activated.
That’s the gap not everyone talks about.
DM me “RELEASE” if you’re ready to stop carrying the pressure alone.
There is something special that happens when people stop performing and start feeling, together.
Two days in the Shouf with souls willing to go inward, to be seen, to be heard. What unfolded between us wasn’t planned. It never is. It just arrives when the conditions are right.
Gratitude runs deep for every person who made the journey. And for the one who made it all possible.
This is what it looks like when humans choose to come back to themselves.
Until next time♥️
What happens the moment a man’s body is ready to face what he’s been holding.
When he performs flawlessly on the outside, but allows himself to collapse inward.
To give himself permission to be fully human, to be seen, to stop performing, and let his internal pressure finally find a way out.
My confidence didn’t come from discipline or willpower. It came from resolving what was destroying me from the inside.
There was a period in my life where I was doing everything right, and still falling apart. Anxiety that wouldn’t switch off. Chronic pain that had no clear cause. Exhaustion that no amount of sleep could solve.
I tried many things. Conventional medicine. Biohacking. Nothing touched the root.
What broke me most wasn’t the symptoms.
It was the isolation.
No one in my circle understood what was going on.
I started doubting myself.
I couldn’t find real answers anywhere.
That became my calling.
So I stopped looking outward and went deeper.
What I found changed everything.
Unresolved wounds and suppressed emotions don’t just disappear in your head when you ignore them.
They get stuck in the nervous system,
shaping your health, habits, and capacity to feel alive.
When I stopped trying to fix myself.
Facing what was hidden, without escaping or numbing.
The war I’d been fighting inside finally ended.
That’s when I regained clarity, confidence, and aliveness back.
No stimulants. No alcohol. No supplements. No peptides.
Most men aren’t weak. They’re overwhelmed.
Carrying decades of pressure with nowhere to put them, because no one ever guided them.
Your body is not broken.
It has been protecting you from a pain you never
had the space to process.
The moment you stop overriding its signals, everything begins to shift.
If this speaks to you, DM me “Support.”
Nobody teaches men how to feel.
They teach us how to perform, push through, and produce.
So we get good at all three.
And we wonder why something still feels missing.
The tension you carry isn’t weakness.
It’s years of doing exactly what you were taught,
holding it together so well,
that nothing ever got to move.
There’s a version of you that isn’t carrying all of this.
Not because he figured it out,
but because he finally let himself feel.
A real, raw look at what actually changes after working with me.
The myth that successful men do not need to feel.
The belief that high-performers should muscle through,
that vulnerability is weakness,
that the body is just a vehicle for the mind’s ambitions.
This lie keeps men trapped in performance, hiding shame behind status, suppressing emotions until they calcify into chronic tension, high reactivity, and relational paralysis.
I stand against the culture that tells men to achieve their way out of pain instead of moving through it.
If you’re holding so much in,
And ready to stop carrying it alone.
DM “START”.
Some moments look quiet on the outside,
but there’s a lot happening within.
Most people move through life carrying tension
they’ve normalized for years,
without ever questioning it.
We’ve been taught to use our minds,
to analyze, fix, and find solutions.
That works in many areas of life.
But not when it comes to the body.
I’ve learned that not everything needs to be solved.
Not everything needs to be figured out.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is pause, return to the present moment,
and listen to what your body has been
silently holding.
Sensations often carry a message,
one that can free us from the burden
of holding it all inside.
In times like these, we don’t need more
analysis, or information.
We need spaces where we can slow down enough to feel.
That’s where the body finally begins to let go.

Give others the space to experience their emotions without making it your responsibility to manage or fix them.
Men don’t become alcoholics because they love alcohol. It’s because they lost something, and never processed it.
A moment they call “failure”
As a husband.
As a father.
As an entrepreneur.
Instead of looking into their unexamined stories,
They bury it.
But what you bury doesn’t disappear.
It turns into self-destructive behaviors as a
coping mechanism.
So you don’t drink to enjoy.
You drink to quiet the voice that says:
“I wasn’t enough.”
The cost of an unexamined story isn’t just pain.
It’s the life you could’ve lived, but didn’t.
Because no one taught you how to face it.
Only how to suppress it.
But here’s the truth:
You didn’t fail.
You just never got the chance to process what actually happened.
And until you do,
You’ll keep trying to escape a story that’s asking to be felt.
.
#truth
What changed everything was the willingness to face my truth with presence, when it would have been easier to shut down or walk away.
This journey taught me that rising isn’t about escaping pain,
it’s about letting it shape you,
without letting it harden you.
It takes courage to walk this path,
To let the old parts of you die,
and step into the unfamiliar.
The courage to take responsibility,
To care for the world and do our part in it.
These moments of pain
often carry the deepest wisdom
when we choose to meet them.
Let’s not wait, hoping that it will get easier.
Life rewards those who have the courage to rise.

I came back to my homeland carrying something quiet inside me.
Not a plan. Not a strategy. Just a knowing that I should start expanding my work there.
I didn’t expect what happened next.
In less than two weeks, rooms filled faster than we could imagine. One workshop turned into six.
People kept coming, not because of marketing, but because something in them recognized the work.
What we have witnessed moved me deeply.
People who had never done somatic work before releasing years of held tension. Bodies softening. Faces changing.
A community forming, not around words, but around felt experience. Around safety. Around truth. Around the body finally being listened to.
This work once changed my life.
Seeing it now touch lives in my homeland felt like watching a seed I carried for years finally meet the right soil.
Lebanon didn’t just receive somatics.
It responded to it.
And that response reminded me why I’m here, not just to teach techniques, but to lead spaces where healing becomes collective, where the body becomes the guide, and where community grows through presence and truth.
This chapter has only begun.
Thankful for all the support received to make it happen and looking forward to coming back, expanding this work, and serving more people ♥️

Pleased to have taken part in the @arabchildsummit , sharing about the importance of bringing mindfulness and well-being into Arab families.
When parents learn how to regulate their stress and emotions, they create a safer, calmer home environment — where children can grow feeling secure, healthy, and supported.
An important step towards nurturing a stronger and healthier future for Arab families.
