At an early age, I lived with chronic pain, fatigue, gut issues, and anxiety.

After conventional medicine failed me, and years of trying to fix my lifestyle with no lasting relief, I finally discovered the real root of my symptoms: Unprocessed emotions, and trauma.

Through somatic healing, everything changed. I discovered what the mind couldn’t solve, and reconnected with my body.
